EXORDIUM
CITADEL is a post-human war game built on the Ethereum blockchain. The CITADEL EXORDIUM is the preamble to the full game of CITADEL.
During the EXORDIUM, the in-game token DRAKMA will be freely distributed to all GEN0 CITADEL owners. Each CITADEL will be able to choose their faction on-chain and contribute research towards the CITADEL tech tree. The CITADEL EXORDIUM will last approximately 150 days.
DRAKMA
The in-game currency for the game of CITADEL is DRAKMA. DRAKMA has a total circulation of 10 billion. The EXORDIUM will distribute 2.4 billion DRAKMA on-chain to each CITADEL owner according to the CITADEL SEKT.

100 million in DRAKMA will be distributed to the faction first to complete the CITADEL tech tree.
ACE / PILOT
On the 64th day of the EXORDIUM, 400M Ð will be distributed to the ACE and PILOT roles. The ACE role has been granted to community members whom went above and beyond helping the team launch CITADEL. There are 49 ACE roles in our community. Each ACE will receive 2.5M Ð if they are a verified CITADEL owner. Some ACE holders will receive additional DRAKMA based on their contribution.
The PILOT role is reserved for owners of 5 or more CITADEL. There are 18 current PILOT and each will receive 1M Ð per CITADEL owned. The ACE and PILOT roles are cumulative.
Tech Tree
During the 150 day EXORDIUM, the CITADEL tech tree will be discovered by each faction. The CITADEL tech tree will provide asynchronous advantages to each faction and CITADEL throughout the game. The EXORDIUM will allow CITADEL, RELIK, and factions to unlock the 8 branches of the tech tree, discovering technology that will greatly contribute to their faction's power and prosperity.
At the start of the EXORDIUM, a CITADEL will choose to stake to a faction and tech tree branch. Each CITADEL will earn the same amount of research points as they earn DRAKMA. That is to say, the SEKT multiplier applies both to prelude DRAKMA and research points.
Each CITADEL will be randomly assigned a tech prop during our next reveal. A minimum of 4 RELIK per tech property will be accommodated in the random distribution. A CITADEL researching the tech it is assigned will receive a 2X research multiple. A tech branch can only be unlocked for a faction when a RELIK of the same tech property is staked to that tech.
Below are the 8 CITADEL tech branches launching with our next reveal. Beneath each tech branch are the technologies available to unlock. Discovery of each tech is linear, meaning, tech cannot be skipped.
PRESERVATIVE ALGORITHMS
Preservative algorithms unlock shield amplifiers and one of the four CITADEL fleet types, the MHRUDVOG THROT. 512 CITADEL have been assigned the preservative algorithms tech branch.
Teslaphoresis => unlocks TELUM RATIO shield.
Deflector shields => unlocks DSGRILL RATIO shield.
Preservational field algorithms => unlocks DAG SGIATH shield
Gravitational field => unlocks UNGARDROTHH shield
Grid disturbance engineering => unlocks XZCID MAGH shield
Obscurance calculus => unlocks MYSTERIUM shield
Bioadaptive resonance => unlocks MHRUDVOG THROT fleet type
MILITANT ALGORITHMS
Militant algorithms unlock weapon systems and the DREBENTRAAKHT fleet type. The DREBENTRAAKHT is a siege ship designed to knock down shield and weapon systems. 256 CITADEL have been assigned the militant algorithms tech branch.

The propulsion tech unlocks two shield types, faction-wide amplifiers to the fleet academy, and the DALAA MAX fleet type. The Dalaa Max is a fast and inexpensive fleet type primarily used for scouting missions. 64 CITADEL have the propulsion tech property.

POSTHUMANISM
Post-humanism will be a tech branch continually built upon in the game of CITADEL. For the EXORDIUM, post-humanism unlocks a weapon system, several faction-wide amplifiers, and most importantly, the SIF GATTACA, the main fleet type in the game of CITADEL. The SIF GATTACA are swarm fleet unlocked by neural grafting and are the primary fleet used in raids and siege. 32 CITADEL have the post-humanism tech property.

Fleet Academy
The Fleet Academy is the first structure you will construct in your CITADEL. Constructing a Fleet Academy will cost DRAKMA and enable each CITADEL to raise Fleet. A Fleet Academy can be upleveled and acts as the research hub of the CITADEL. The tech tree unlocks the following Fleet Academy bonuses.
